About Us

Krane Hall Kreativ is a Luxembourg-based creative studio specialising in property marketing for private sellers.


We help homeowners present and market their properties professionally — without requiring them to hand over the sale of their home to an estate agency.


From property photography and video walkthroughs to listing content, social media and marketing materials, we create the assets private sellers need to bring their property to market with confidence.


Our goal is simple: give privately sold properties the same level of presentation and marketing typically associated with a professional real estate listing.


Founded by husband-and-wife team Ashley van Kranenburg and David Hall, Krane Hall combines experience in marketing, photography, video, music and creative production to tell the story of a property and help it stand out.

After 13 years at Amazon, including relocating from California to Luxembourg, Ashley is starting a new chapter built around curiosity, creativity, and trying something new. Her career has always centered on people, ideas, and finding better ways to do things; now she’s bringing that same energy to visual storytelling, property marketing, and Krane Hall Productions. For Ashley, this isn’t simply a career change—it’s a chance to follow her curiosity, learn by doing, and build something creative from the ground up.

Dave

For the past 10 years, Dave has built his career around music in Luxembourg, teaching independently while collaborating on a wide range of projects with local bands and musicians. A musician at heart, he brings both technical experience and creative instinct to Krane Hall Productions. From original music and sound to the creative process behind a production, Dave loves finding the right sound to give each project its own personality.
